As per the agreed training design, Service Delivery Processes Lead starts developing the training material to facilitated and planned training programs for both Capgemini and Client teams.
While preparing the training material, Service Delivery Processes Lead should typically do the following:
-
Identify the objectives of the training program – what is expected by the training participants based on their role in the processes
-
Develop a training plan - It typically includes the training program schedule, key learning objectives and a list of the available resources
-
Create a list of necessary training materials – high level process flow, process roles and responsibilities, screenshots of supporting tools, and link detailed work instruction documents
-
Integrate visual elements - Use graphics, tables and other visual tools to reinforce important concepts
-
Incorporate review exercises - Training materials may include true or false or multiple choice questions to reinforce content. For complex processes role based scenarios can be defined to help understand the flow and process roles
-
Ask participants for queries and feedback – At the end of each process, Q&A sessions are scheduled to help resolve participant queries. At the each of the training program feedback can be collected to help improve the training program effectiveness.
Post finalizing the training material drafts, Service Delivery Processes Lead should get them verified by the internal and external (Capgemini and Client) stakeholders for their inputs and acceptance. By doing so it will ensure that all the developed training material meets their expectations and help the team to follow the new processes with ease. |
